Thin Aluminum Strip For Decoration 5005 is a medium strength aluminum alloy with a small amount of magnesium as its main alloying element. With good formability, it is suitable for applications requiring bending, spinning, drawing, stamping and rolling forming. It is commonly used in applications requiring anodizing.
5005 has the same strength as 3003, good workability, good solubility, good corrosion resistance, good finishing process after anodizing, and the color is consistent with 6063 shape material.
Thin Aluminum Strip For Decoration 5005 is certificated to ASTM, EN as well as JIS, etc. and it can be cut to size at customers’ need. Mg is the principal element in the 5005 aluminum sheet/coil and when it used as main alloying element or combined with Mn, high strength and no-heat treatable properties can be realized.
